Ayash added that TQM effectively contributes to keeping the negative social impacts of economic recession to a minimum, enabling it to adapt to positive standards in economic activity. It plays the role of a measure of economic performance efficiency in difficult times, allowing redesign, manufacturing or Adjusting new values, habits and specifications, and continuous improvements that do not cease to carry out the required economic activities.
He pointed out that TQM is a serious attempt by the management of the economic institution, whatever it is, to make improvements and economic developments continuously even in times of economic recession experienced by the community using management methods based on study, organization and planning to overcome the constraints imposed by the recession, The economic process remains mobile and this contributes effectively to reducing the layoffs on the one hand, and prevents the increase pockets and rates of poverty on the other hand, and contributes to spreading the atmosphere of hope in the community on the third, giving preference to take the right decisions With everyone's participation.
Thus TQM contributes to its explicit call for excellence, creativity, innovation and business performance. Ayesh concluded by saying that quality management in any economy allows the creation of quality goods, products and services on the one hand and lower prices on the other, which many of our economic institutions are still unaware of.
